What they needed
Arkena is a sister brand to Zakuna, set up to supply and fit doors, windows and stairs from Altrincham. They needed their own website quickly, with its own content, terms and privacy policy, and enquiries landing in Arkena inboxes rather than Zakuna’s.
What I did
Rather than start from scratch, I cloned the Zakuna site as the base and reworked it for Arkena. I wrote the content document for Mia, issued the site for review with a shared tracker so every comment sat in one place, and adapted the terms and privacy policy for the new legal entity.
Go-live meant the unglamorous work too: domain records, working with their IT company on Microsoft 365 mail settings, and testing every form so enquiries arrive where they should. The site went live in August 2026. The advertising accounts and Google Business listing are the next step, now the domain resolves.
