Privacy policy
Who I am
Fidgety Pixels Ltd (“I”, “me”) is a marketing and design studio based in Southsea, Portsmouth, run by Phil Shenton. This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
What I collect
Enquiry forms. Name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message, so I can reply to you. Analytics. Anonymised usage data (pages visited, device, rough location) through Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. Server logs. IP address and browser details recorded by the hosting company for security.
Why I use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your project and send invoices. To keep the site secure. To improve the site. I don’t sell or rent personal data, and I don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked for them.
Who I share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the business: web hosting (SiteGround), email, accounting and CRM software, and Google for analytics. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. Data may be stored outside the UK by these providers under standard safeguards.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the last invoice, as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it’s used. Email info@fidgetypixels.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
