What they needed
I’ve worked with Focus Complete, a security company, since their inception. As a start-up they needed more than a website. They needed someone to plan their online launch with them and advise on every part of it.
What I did
Because I was involved from the beginning, I could support the planning and implementation of the launch as a whole, advising on all aspects of the build and the ongoing strategy, rather than picking up a half-finished plan.
The team opted for my Support Service from the start, so the site has been kept secure, maintained and current ever since.
