What they needed

Hi-Tail is a visibility device that fits to a bike or recumbent trike to make the rider easier to see. The founders had a product but not the online side: a website, feedback from cyclists, and eventually a shop and the marketing to launch it.

What I did

I built the website in early 2024 with a feedback form and a social media advert to drive people to it, then a marketing schedule and monthly reports. When a slimmer, lighter model arrived I planned the site and photography update and cut a crowdfunding video from their test footage.

For launch I moved them off Wix, set up Stripe and the WooCommerce shop, designed business cards and wrote their LinkedIn and Facebook posts. A pitch deck followed in 2025, and a site relaunch in 2026 as the product went into production.
