What they needed
Teamivism is a structural advisory practice working with leaders and whole leadership teams in scaling organisations. I built the original site, logo and holding page in 2025; by 2026 the positioning had moved on, the site needed a refresh, and the structure needed to make it obvious which route a visitor should take.
What I did
We agreed a new site architecture with two clear audience routes in the primary navigation: For Leaders and For Leadership Teams. I rebuilt the pages around that, with a set of reusable components, including an FAQ accordion, so new copy could be dropped in as it was ready.
The client is out delivering training most days, so I built the pages that weren’t waiting on copy first and slotted the rest in as it landed, from case studies and testimonials to the FAQ. The site also carries a Cost of Inaction Calculator, branded and with a downloadable PDF summary, with an upgrade in the works to email fuller results as a PDF.
I host and support the site, and run a small Google Ads account for it.
What they said
“Looks good in the main, Phil. Thanks for your hard work.”
