Client: The Liberty Lounge
Sector: Women’s membership community

What they needed

The Liberty Lounge is the brainchild of Jen Sanchez. It started as a membership website where women could join to view online classes and give and receive support from other women. A vibrant, positive space, so it needed beautiful design, photography and animation, plus a serious technical backbone: events that could be displayed and paid for, and membership functionality that took monthly payments.

What I did

I designed and built the site with the design and animation doing the welcoming, and the membership and events systems doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Photography came from one of Jen’s other businesses, Dimples and Daisies Photography, so the whole thing felt like one brand.

The website grew very quickly and transformed into a personalised online social app where members can chat and post.
