What they needed
Deteque contacted me to create three explainer videos for their spam protection software. The complication was the audience. The product matters as much to an IT manager as it does to Joe Public, so the videos had to work for every level of technical understanding.
What I did
That was settled at the planning stage. I found ways of visually articulating the technology, the risk and the solution so that the message transcended the audience: clear enough for a first-timer, credible enough for an expert.
